Refunds/Cancellation- We do not provide refunds or cancellation for any reasons including delays in shipping. Error made on our part we will refund or exchange.
Exchange
We do not provide a refund and / or exchange for any workshop experiences if the customer is unable to attend the scheduled class. Our course seats allow us to pay for the venue.
Incorrect/Missing item
If you received the incorrect or missing item please email us immediately up to five days at poshpearlspa@gmail.com with a photo and invoice.
Lost, Stolen, Missing Package with Insufficient Addresses - once the package is shipped from our facility to the provided address we Posh Pearl Spa as the shipper are not responsible for any lost, stolen, damaged, wrong address. You will need to file a claim with the United States Post Office.
